The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by President Boddie at 6:03 PM at the Village Hall.
ROLL CALL Present: Trustees Boddie, Butterwick, Langford, Popp, Smith and Torres. Absent: Trustees Al-Awar, Benson and MacKrell. Others attending: ZA Perry, Supt. Esch, Asst. Supt. Hnatow, Asst. Treas. King, BHMC President Legacki, two guests and two residents.
PUBLIC COMMENT None.
ATTORNEY Scott Munzel has joined the law firm which also includes the attorney representing Barton Hills Maintenance Corporation so he will no longer be serving as BHV legal counsel. President Boddie appointed Paul Burns as the new attorney. Mr. Burns and his associate Brad Maynes were introduced; one or the other will be attending Board meetings in the future.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS The proposed road maintenance agreement was distributed and will be discussed at the next meeting.
NEW BUSINESS Concerns about water system funding were discussed. Ms. Torres will form a committee to research the history of the system and brainstorm ideas for discussion at the next meeting.
