The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by President Boddie at 6:00 PM at the Village Hall.
ROLL CALL Present: Trustees Benson, Boddie, Butterwick, Langford, MacKrell, Popp, Smith and Torres. Absent: Trustee Al-Awar. Others attending: Atty. Burns, ZA Perry, Asst. Treas. King, Supt. Hnatow, BHMC President Legacki and three residents.
PUBLIC COMMENT Two residents spoke concerning the upcoming BHMC election.

UNFINISHED BUSINESS
–Village Hall renaming/Esch memorial plans are under way. In addition to the rock/plaque installation, the sign on the bulletin board will be also changed.
–Another meeting is planned for next week regarding the roads transfer.
NEW BUSINESS The Barton Hills Maintenance Corporation shares held by Barton Hills Village will not be voted in the September 27, 2017 Board of Directors election. (Popp/Langford/P with Boddie, Smith and Torres voting no)
