The meeting of the Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) was called to order by President Laporte at 6:02 PM at the Village Hall.
ROLL CALL Present: Trustees Al-Awar, Bogat, Butterwick, Laporte, Lindstrom, MacKrell and Wilkes. Absent: Trustee Boddie.
Others attending: Atty. Reading, ZPA Perry, Asst. Treas. Redies, Supt. Esch, BHMC President Bultman and guest Nick Boswell.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES Mr. Al-Awar moved that the minutes of the May 22, 2007 Board of Zoning Appeals meeting be approved as printed. Mr. Butterwick seconded; the motion carried with Ms. Laporte abstaining.
APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE 225 Corrie Road (tabled from May 22, 2007)
Mr. Perry read an email from Sandra Sorini Elser, legal counsel for Hermine Klingler, which stated that Ms. Klinger was withdrawing her petition pending before the BZA.
Motion Mrs. MacKrell moved that the Board of Zoning Appeals acknowledge the withdrawal of the application for variance from Hermine Klingler, 225 Corrie Road. Mr. Lindstrom seconded; the motion carried.
OTHER BUSINESS None.
Mrs. MacKrell moved the meeting be adjourned at 6:04 PM. Mr. Boyle seconded; the motion carried.
