The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by President Boddie at 6:01 PM at the Village Hall.

FINANCE/FINANCE COMMITTEE The Cash Balances report was distributed; CD maturity dates were corrected (ONB 9/12/15, Flagstar 1265 10/19/15, Flagstar 2552 10/1315). The Cash Disbursements for March 2015 were approved as printed (Aux. Book XIX E). (Butterwick/Langford/P) Mrs. MacKrell arrived.

Recreation (Benson) The BHV Picnic was scheduled for Sunday afternoon September 13, 2015.
Security (Butterwick) Motion to purchase an emergency siren for installation on Barton North Drive at a cost of $18,625 failed (yes: Butterwick, Langford, MacKrell, van der Velde;
no: Al-Awar, Benson, Boddie, Borel). Barton Hills Country Club was not interested in participating in this proposal.
