COMMUNITY ACTIVITIES BHV residents will be Holiday Caroling on December 11, 2022 from 3-5 PM. Join this casual, fun event that will begin at the Village Green and carry on to a few designated homes nearby. Families will be responsible for their kids/family members during the walk to the houses. All ages are welcome & festive attire is encouraged!

The Village Hall offices will be closed those days and the staff will be available for emergency services only.

NEW ORDINANCE At their October 10, 2022 meeting the BHV Board of Trustees adopted Ordinance No. 59 that raises water rates from $3.99 to $5.99 per 100 cubic feet, and adds a process for overdue accounts to become a tax lien. The full text of the ordinance was published in Barton Bulletin No. 20 (September 27, 2022), which was sent to all residents, and is also published on the website (bartonhillsvillage.org).
DEER MANAGEMENT UPDATE Please remember to return your signed permission form for the Deer Management program. More specific information will be distributed to all residents in mid-January.
SECURITY Contact the Village office (734-222-5209; bhvclerk@bartonhillsvillage.org) or Supt. Joe Hnatow (734-263-9378) if you will be away and need the BHV Security patrol to keep an extra watch on your house.
RECYCLING All corrugated cardboard boxes, whether picked up on trash days, or brought down to the recycling area, must be empty, clean and dry.
