The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by President Pro Tem Butterwick at 6:40 PM at the Village Hall.

ROLL CALL Present: Trustees Al-Awar, Benson, Borel, Butterwick, Langford, MacKrell and van der Velde. Absent: Trustees Boddie and Izenberg. Others attending: ZA Perry, Asst. Treasurer King, BHMC President Legacki, two project applicants and three residents.

WALL PERMIT Application for construction of retaining and landscape walls at 260 Barton North Drive:
–The project was presented by Zoning Administrator Perry.
–The Public Hearing was convened at 6:43 PM. Written comment was received from the neighbors at 242 Barton North Drive concerning vegetation along the property line; plans indicate that existing trees will be left in place. There being no verbal comment, the hearing was closed at 6:45 PM.
–The review was tabled to the March 14, 2016 Board of Trustees meeting to allow the applicant time to provide information regarding water run off. (Al-Awar/Langford/P)

FINANCE/FINANCE COMMITTEE The Cash Balances report was distributed. The Cash Disbursements for January 2016 were approved as printed (Aux. Book XXI E). (Benson/Langford/P) The proposed budget for Fiscal Year 2016-1017 (Aux. Book XX E) will be discussed/approved at the March 14, 2016 meeting.
