The Barton Hills Village Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting
on Wednesday, January 19, 2022,
at Barton Hills Country Club,
730 Country Club Road, at 6:00 PM
The topics to be discussed at the Special Meeting are those listed on the Agenda dated January 19, 2022, printed on Page 2 of this Bulletin.
The Board will be meeting in person, socially distanced and with masks recommended. The public may attend the meeting in person, or on a video/phone conference link via Zoom. Connection information:

Please note that those attending virtually will only be able to speak during the Public Comment time at the beginning of the meeting (about any topic)
and at the Public Hearing for the wall and solar permits (only about that specific topic).
The Trustees will not be responding directly to any public comments during those times.

Also note that discussion of the proposed ordinance amendment regarding chickens, ducks and bees will be postponed to the regularly scheduled Trustees meeting on February 14, 2022.
Those wishing to attend the January 19, 2022 Special Meeting in person are asked to park in the lot across Country Club Road from the building, and enter through the smaller door to the right (east) of the main entrance to the Country Club (near the handicapped parking spaces).
