The meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was called to order by President ProTem Conlin at 6:00 PM at Walter Esch Hall.
ROLL CALL Present: Trustees Al-Awar, Conlin, Darden, Haitam, Hensinger, Perry, Popp, and Smith. Absent: Trustee Holmes.
Others attending: ZA Capozza, Supt. Hnatow, BHMC President David, Senator Sue Shink, State Rep. Jennifer Conlin, four residents, and three guests.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the June 12, 2023 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting were approved as printed. (Perry/Popp/P)
APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE 320 Juniper Lane (Alawi)
The applicant has withdrawn their application for variance as of July 10, 2023.
There being no further business or objections, the meeting was adjourned at 6:02 PM.
