July 14, 2025
The meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was called to order by President Torres at 6:02 PM at Walter Esch Hall.
ROLL CALL Present: Board members: Calabrese, Capozza, Haitam, Hensinger, Perry, Prager, Smith and Torres. Absent: Members Darden.
Others attending: ZA L. Reeves, BHMC President David, Supt. Reeves, Deputy Clerk McDevitt and five residents.
MINUTES Minutes of the August 12, 2024 ZBA meeting were approved as printed. (Perry/Capozza/P)
APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE 180 Barton Shore Drive (Owen)
–Seeking variance to construct a fence within the setbacks.
Motion: On motion and second, the request for a variance to construct a fence in the setbacks was adjourned to consult with the Village attorney due to the potential litigation email that was sent by the applicant shortly before the ZBA meeting. (Perry/Smith/P) unanimous vote.
There being no further business or objections, the meeting was adjourned at 6:06 PM.
