The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by President Boddie at 6:00 PM at the Village Hall.
ROLL CALL Present: Trustees Al-Awar, Benson, Boddie, Butterwick, Langford, MacKrell, Popp, Smith and Torres. Absent: None. Others attending: Attys. Burns and Maynes, ZA Perry, Asst. Supt. Hnatow, BHMC President Legacki, BHMC VPres. Curtner, and three residents.
PUBLIC COMMENT One resident spoke in support of raising water rates but not selling land in order to fund water system improvements.

Recreation (Benson) The fall picnic will be held on Sunday September 24, 2017.
Water (Torres) The Water Committee gave an extensive presentation concerning future water system improvements and financing possibilities. Recommendations were generally supported by the Trustees. President Boddie will draft a proposal for discussion at the next meeting.

Roads/Vehicles (Al-Awar) No report.
Security (Butterwick) No report.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS Discussion of the proposed roads transfer centered on information provided by legal counsel. Additional information will be obtained for continued discussion at the next meeting.
