The meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was called to order by President Holmes at 7:07 PM at Walter Esch Hall.
ROLL CALL Present: Trustees Al-Awar, Conlin, Darden, Haitam, Hensinger, Holmes, Perry, Popp, and Smith. Absent: None.
Others attending: ZA Capozza, Asst. Treasurer Carey, Supt. Hnatow, BHMC President David, and 15 residents.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES Minutes of the February 13, 2023 Zoning Board of Appeals meeting were approved as printed. (Smith/Conlin/P)
351 BARTON SHORE DRIVE – Application for variance—generator. It is likely this application will be withdrawn/variance not required. ZA Capozza will follow up with the owner concerning revised plans.
320 JUNIPER LANE – Appeal of Zoning Administrator decision (denial of submitted change in plans)
MOTION Based on the uncertainty of applicant’s plans, the 320 Juniper Lane appeal was tabled. (Perry/Holmes/P)
There being no further business or objections, the meeting was adjourned at 7:11 PM.
