The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees was called to order by President Boddie at 6:00 PM at the Village Hall.
ROLL CALL Present: Trustees Al-Awar, Benson, Boddie, Borel, Butterwick, Langford, MacKrell and van der Velde. Absent: Trustee Izenberg. Others attending: ZA Perry, Asst. Treasurer King, Supt. Esch and one resident.
PUBLIC COMMENT One resident spoke in support of using chip sealing on BHV roads, stating that the method was more economical than asphalt, with satisfactory surface texture. He provided information and site locations nearby where this method is being used by Washtenaw County. The Trustees agreed to investigate this matter.

Planning Commission (MacKrell) At their most recent meeting the Planning Commission heard a report from Ann Arbor Township Planning Consultant Sally Elmiger (Carlisle/Wortman) regarding environmental/preservation regulations active in the Township (waterways, steep slopes, trees) that might have bearing on the BHV Master Plan. The Commissioners completed their 5-year review of the Master Plan, agreeing that no changes were needed.

Long Range Planning (MacKrell) No new information has been received on inquiries regarding coyotes or the proposed Northfield Township Biltmore development.

Stormwater Regulations previously adopted by the Trustees for the BHV Stormwater permit have been updated. For post construction controls for development and re-development that disturbs one acre or more of land, Barton Hills Village adopts the Washtenaw County Water Resources Commissioner Rules and Guidelines dated August 6, 2014.
