The meeting of the Zoning Board of Appeals was called to order by President Boddie at 6:00 PM at the Village Hall.
ROLL CALL Present: Trustees Al-Awar, Benson, Boddie, Butterwick, Izenberg, Langford, MacKrell and van der Velde. Absent: Trustee Borel.
Others attending: ZA Perry, Asst. Treasurer King, BHMC President Legacki, four project applicants and three residents.
APPLICATION FOR VARIANCE 326 Juniper Lane (tabled from February 8, 2016)
Discussion of the application for variance to allow construction of a deck in the side set back resumed. Revised plans were submitted by the applicants prior to the meeting.
Neighbors were given notice of the project being tabled/resumed. No written public comment was submitted, or verbal public comment given.
Motion Variance from Section 4.08 of the Barton Hills Village Zoning Ordinance to allow construction of a deck in the side setback at 326 Juniper Lane was approved.
