Another vacancy on the Commission has just opened with the resignation of Greg Curtner, who has served since 2011.  Many thanks to Greg, as well, who is not moving, but is moving on to other activities.  Residents who would like to apply should contact BHV President Carla Smith (carlasmith48105@gmail.com; 734-604-6275).  The Commission’s responsibilities include review of construction projects over 10,000 square feet, recommendations regarding zoning ordinance amendments, and regular review of the BHV Master Plan.  The next Planning Commission meeting is scheduled for January 11, 2022.  The meeting previously scheduled for December 14,2021 has been cancelled.
