PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING
October 11, 2022
The regular meeting of the BHV Planning Commission was called to order by Chair Caldwell at Walter Esch Hall at 6:07 PM.
ROLL CALL Present: Commissioners Caldwell, Hensinger, MacKrell, and Weingartner. Absent: Commissioners Hanley, Richards, and Wallace.
Others present: Dennis Capozza, Marcus Darden, and Sharon Popp.
Public Hearing The public hearing for the Master Plan was opened at 6:08 PM. One person spoke in support of the Plan. No written comments were received. The public hearing was closed at 6:10 PM.
PUBLIC COMMENT None.
MINUTES The minutes of the July 19, 2022 meeting were approved as printed. (Weingartner/Caldwell/P unanimously)
COMMUNICATIONS/ANNOUNCEMENTS None.
REPORTS None.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
Master Plan 5-Year Review Notice of the Master Plan review/public hearing was given to all BHV residents in the Barton Bulletin. There were no comments received, and no further changes. The Master Plan 2022 was approved. (Weingartner/Hensinger/P unanimously)
Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) The BHMC board will submit their report at the next Planning Commission meeting.
Tree Regulation Tree regulations were briefly discussed. Mr. Wallace will present his report at the next meeting.
Steep Slopes Mr. Hensinger will work with Mr. Perry on the steep slopes ordinance.
New Business
The next meeting of the Planning Commission was set for Tuesday, January 10, 2023.
